If your home still has halogen downlights, you’re paying 5-10x more to run them compared to LED. Halogens also pump out serious heat, a real fire risk in ceiling spaces packed with insulation. We’ve pulled old halogens out of homes in Altona and Deer Park where the insulation was scorched brown around every fitting. It’s more common than people realise.

LED downlights run cool, last 25,000+ hours, and the light quality has come a long way from the cold, bluey tint of early models. Warm white, cool white, adjustable colour temperature, you can match the feel of any room without compromising on efficiency. We can swap halogens to LED in most cases without changing the hole size, which keeps your ceiling intact and the job fast.

For a typical three-bedroom home, a full halogen-to-LED changeover usually takes half a day and starts paying for itself within the first year on your energy bill.
