By approving this quote, you will be agreeing to make full payment immediately upon the completion of services and works.
Payment can be made via cash, direct deposit or Stripe. Payments via Stripe incur a card processing fee of 1.9%.
The price is subject to change in the event additional services are rendered or variations are made. Discounts are subject to change if variations are made to the quantity of work requested. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. The inspection / call out fee applies to all same day, emergency and after hour bookings. This fee is charged regardless of whether works proceed, including in circumstances where the client declines to proceed after our team has attended site.
In the event that your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would have been incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.
By accepting this quote, you are agreeing to the above fee policy. Please speak with admin prior to your booking should you wish to discuss an alternative payment term.
Any electrical work requested that results in an empty hole in the plaster (e.g. moving an existing powerpoint to a different location) is required to be patched and painted by others. If possible, we will cover any holes with a white plastic blank cover. As power will generally be required to be switched on and off while the team is working, all computer equipment should be shut down and data backed up prior to any electrical work commences. Electrx will not be liable for any damage to computer equipment, systems or software. Electrx will not be liable for any corruption or loss of data.
Electrx may photograph works for quality assurance, portfolio and marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media channels. Photos may include internal and external areas of the property but will never include identifiable personal information or individuals without explicit consent.
If you do not wish for photos to be taken at your property, please notify our admin team prior to your booking by email info@electrx.com.au. Opt out requests must be received before our team attends site.
Cancellation Fee Policy
Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact admin on 0447 139 493 or info@electrx.com.au.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $160 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $200 cancellation fee.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 3 days notice prior to your booking.
By approving a quote, replying YES to our booking confirmation SMS, or allowing work to commence, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
This invoice/quote is issued under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002, Victoria.
